Cross walk sign on the Southeast corner of Park avenue and Lombardy is not functioning

Cross walk light on the Southeast corner at the intersection of Hanover and Lombardy does not display WALK, only Don't Walk

A no parking sign is needed on Boyd St at the intersection of Boyd St and Park Avenue. When cars park on Boyd all the way to the corner of the its intersection to Park, the turn onto Boyd is not possible. A parking standoff of one car length would be sufficient.

The street lamp on the West side of Birch ST adjacent to St. James is not functioning.

The street lamp on the North side of West Avenue at 1108 - 1110 is not functioning

The crossing lights on both the southeast and nortwest corners of the the intersection of Lombardy and Park are not working.

There is a large sinkhole developing in the ALLEY behind 1518 West Avenue. Please address as soon as possible as the recent rains have made this hazardous.

At the intersection of Birch St and the Alley between West Ave and Franklin St., there is no ONE WAY sign for westbound Alley traffic to know that Birch St is ONE WAY. There is also a Missing NO PARKING standoff sign on the east side of Birch to keep parked cars from blocking visibility for eastbound Alley traffic to turn onto Birch. The post for both these signs is there, but empty.

At the intersection of the Alley between West Ave and Park Ave, and Boyd St, there is no ONE WAY sign to indicate to eastbound Alley Traffic that Birch is ONE WAY.

TWO Street Lights are not functioning on N. Harrison St, just south of Floyd, on the East side of the street. One is completely out. One is on an off. They are adjacent to each other.

Streetlight on East side of Meadow by Monunument is not working.

Street light in alley behind Balleceaux restaurant turns off after a few seconds.
