    Due to the heavy flow of traffic during the PM peak times, traffic backs up on Governor Warfield Pkwy to past Windstream Drive. It takes at least 3 cycles just to get to the signal at Windstream Dr. The problem occurs when Governor Warfield Pkwy gets the green at the signal at Windstream Dr/Mall Entrance, there is no where to go since exiting mall traffic quickly fills up the available gaps to LPP. Need to give more green time to Governor Warfield Pkwy to flush out traffic. This will only get worse during the upcoming shopping season.
