    The traffic light at Rt.71 and Forest Ave takes about 3-4 minutes to change from red to green for Forest Ave. This happens right after the rush hour from about 8:30am to about10pm everyday. Just today I saw someone blow the red light and cross Rt.71 as I was coming up to the intersection. Someone is going to be killed at this intersection someday because the light takes so long to change signals and the ones that have to wait for the light to change are increasingly getting impatient waiting. Please get this fixed ASAP!
