On the concrete pad under the park bench closest to Early St, someone has used chalk to write "@#$%" in large letters. Litter around the bench indicates teenagers or younger were in the vicnity. The graffitti needs to be cleaned, and a sign stating Do Not Litter needs to be installed. It is a neat little pocket park, and most of the time, neighbors tend to the litter and weeds. We would like to ensure it is maintained as a park for families. Thank you!
