Good Day,
the city came out and determined vines were in the sewer line -which was on the city side. A plummer also advised it was the city. i am having the issue as well as it was told to me they were leaving it Open- to re-enter if they need to without having to spend the time it takes to get back in. i was advised the site was cracked. this is causing the toilet to run and it has not reached the tub at this point.
