    Back Driveway of NCAT Dehuguley Building is on Sullivan Street. The power pole at that driveway has a wire to secure the pole and someone hit that wire and pulled the anchor out of the ground.

    Someone may have reported it but I want to make sure you are aware of this. That wire looks like someone could hit it driving by it going east on Sullivan Street and that could be a really bad incident.

    Dead trees, logs on ground and brush by Sullivan Street bridge. Could this thicket area be cleaned out and the dead trees removed? This is a place for rats and snakes in summer and it is a walkway area too. Just wondering.

    Stop sign at exit off of Wendover - right beside Great Stops - gets hit by trucks turning onto Summit and it then blocks pedestrian area of sidewalk. Can that sign be placed at another spot at the intersection so trucks won't keep hitting it so often?

    Street light is out on Highway 29 South - near the dead end of Lutheran Street, Between the Sullivan exit and the Market exit - and near the NCA&T sign - photo attached - pole number is 105 and it has caution tape on it now.

    Street light at 100 N Booker at end of the parking lot - Booker Street is a parking lot at NCAT Aggie Suites - turn off of Benbow Rd. onto Booker Street lot and go to end - the light is by the tennis courts at the end of the row of lights.
    Light pole has yellow caution tape tied on it now.

    At the intersection by 1100 Summit Avenue the sign that says Wendover is loose on one side and blowing in the wind. No bolts holding it on one side. Very windy here today.
    It is attached to the sign post on the median near Cookout and McDonalds.

    Street light out - on Benbow Road at Lutheran Street - pole has speed limit sign on it "25 MPH" and it has an NCAT banner on it and I put caution tape on the pole.

    1500 Sullivan Avenue Greensboro, North Carolina - Greensboro
    Two street lights on Sullivan Street side of Dehuguley Building are a problem. One has not burned in over a month and one goes on and off a lot and goes dim at times when it does come on.
    These are on Sullivan Street between Benbow Road and the bridge that crosses over Highway 29 and it seems to be the 150 block.
    Caution tape on both poles and a photo attached.
    Previously reported but Duke had no record of work order 4192154 per my call.
