    Concrete pad beside CH Moore School has a cave-in or sinkhole beside it and it is deep and pipes are exposed.

    Someone could get under the pad or fall in the hole and it is not marked.
    This is along the Lindsey street and also along a parade route and near a playground.

    This is a big hazard.

    The new Headquarters Drive sign you put up for us at the Lindsey Street intersection by NAPA Store was pulled up last week by a big truck turning there, according to one of my coworkers.

    May be dangerous with no "Do not enter" sign up when people use that street to get onto Highway 29 South from Market Street.

    Pedestrian crossing sign - someone hit it and bent it so it partially blocks sidewalk and the arrow portion of the sign is now so low it can hit your head easily.

    Could you look at it sometime and see if it can be straightened up and maybe that arrow portion raised a bit? I know that is a narrow walkway there.

    bolts sticking up out of new cover put in sidewalk area. Bolts sticking up 2 or 3 inches and I tripped on them. I could not pull the bolts out so they still stick up.
    I put a caution barrels over them and need you help with it right away please.

    Street sign - Headquarters Dr. portion of sing is gone. The sign has a missing section now. No street name for Headquarters Dr. It got missing somehow.

    Busy area and people need directions often so we just give them "turn at NAPA store since Headquarters Dr. is not labeled now.

    Parking signs ignored - even at GTA HEAT bus stop and at crosswalks. School stated at NCAT and the cars are ignoring the no-parking areas and blocking the bus stop, the crosswalk and the view of traffic approaching around the curve in Sullivan St.
    Is their anything you can do to help make this area safer for all the pedestrians - and the vehicle traffic too?

    Libby Hill closed and property overgrown along street now that they don't take care of the place. And there is a dead tree trunk at the edge of property at the exit ramp by the guard rail.
    Could someone ask the property owner to clean up his property along the sidewalk and exit ramp?
    I know other parts along the borders of that parcel stay overgrown, but the sidewalk is used a lot.
    Just wondering.
