Miami Street by Utah Street has many big potholes on both sides of the road.

All of the streetlights on Brookdale Rd. and Bretton Pl are out at night, possibly due to an electrical outage that happened a couple weeks ago.

There is a large tree down on the sidewalk on the southeast side of Secor and Brookdale. It is not only blocking the sidewalk, but it is blocking the view of people driving who are trying to take a right turn off Brookdale on to Secor.

There is a very huge pothole going to the brick on Miami St. near Yondota.

Huge pothole just West of Utah. There is an orange barrel, but it is not inside the pothole. This pothole can damage cars and needs fixed asap.

There is a bad pothole on Byrne going North in far right hand lane. It is between Nebraska and Dorr.

The city came out and picked up leaves. However, the leaves in front of 2051 Brookdale were smashed down by trucks so they were never collected. This is causing flooding problems because the sewer keeps getting blocked. I used a shovel to move up the smashed leaves. We need someone to get these leaves.

There are many potholes that have not been addressed on Glendale between Byrne and Eastgate on both sides of the road, the turning lane. There is a big pot hole between Cherrylawn and Park Forest in the turning lane. We have reported this, but the city did not address the issue.

Tree Branches have been trimmed off two trees and left by curb. We would like someone to pick them up. Thank you very much for your help :)

The manhole cover heading into the Southwyck Park Apartments is severely collapsing, which could cause serious car damage or could cave-in. Someone put an orange cone in front of it, but it has not been repaired in weeks.

The manhole cover, going to Summit Academy, is sinking badly into the asphalt and could cause serious damage to cars or the asphalt may completely cave-in.

There are tree branches laying on the curb for months that really need to be picked up.

Every manhole on Glendale between Byrne and Reynolds is collapsing with gaping potholes surrounding the manhole covers, potholes that could potentially damage cars. Please fix. These issues were fixed once, but poorly. Please have the people do it correctly this time. Thanks! Have a great day.

Terrible pothole issues on Holland-Sylvania
