This was a problem all summer from all the trash companies and the wet weather was blamed. What has been happening for the last two weeks is not weather related. Please speak with or fine the companies when they are dumping toxic trash liquid. It is left in the residential neighborhoods and it is then washed down the sewers and destined for the lake.
