We received your issue and will address it as soon as we can. Part of the problem with "dumping" on the tree belt is it is often impossible to tell "who" actually dumped the item(s) unless there is proof (ie photo) Thanks for feedback. Doesn't hurt to remind landlords yet again.

Hi! FYI for future quick response time: the State of Connecticut DOT is responsible for Townsend Avenue not City of New Haven. Quickest solution would be to contact CT DOT. Their website http://www.ct.gov/dot/site/default.asp and they are quick to respond to residents with pothole locations and deceased animals on State Roads in New Haven.
