Tenants are leaving trash outside and are forgetting to put it to the curb on garbage day (Wednesday). In addition they are not recycling.
Why am I paying My real estate Taxes if the City wont enforce rhe Ordnance?

You'd think having 2 off-street parking spots was a luxury but no they need to park a 3rd which blocks the sidewalk. Definitely a hazard!

All week, tenants are keeping their tash open, outside on none trash days(Wednesday). I've seen squeals eating thier lunch from the open garage container . They also don't have a recycling bin and don't know how to dispose of recycle matterials.. Haven't seen rats yet but that won't be to far off.

There has been a full dumpster sitting on Lombard St. between The Washington Mews & 1112 Lombard St. for well over a month. I’m not sure who/where the work was being done. I suspect it was one of the condominiums within the Washington Mews. It was filled within the first few weeks of it being placed on Lombard St. But it was never been emptied and after it sitting full for over a month, it is starting to emit an odor. Since I’ve seen no action around dumpster for about a month, I suspect that the work has been completed and the contractor has abandoned it.
Dumpster removed and trash surrounding it on 9/13/2013. This Issue can be closed out.

The Apartment House at 1118 Lombard St. has just started to store their garbage cans in a Common Area shared between the Apartment House and twelve townhomes.
This Common Area is supposed to be kept clear at all times.
It not is the entrance to the Apartment House; it is also is the entrance to the back six townhomes, and a fire escape from the lower level of all twelve townhomes. There is an egress ally shared by the twelve townhomes that opens into this Common Area.
