    See other reports: 2933800, 2482354 and 1361789

Same old crap. Tenant gone out for evening. Leaves dogs to bark over and over through boredom. Either in yard or house with upstairs window open.

    - Police don't want to know.
    - Animal Control not contactable on a weekend evening at 10pm.
    - Landlord never returns calls
    - Tenants don't care

    Suggestions?

As per issues 2408813 and 2916583 - this property continues to bring large tow-truck type vehicle in and out at all hours. Private, dark road means vehicle has to reverse in or out and it beeps the entire time waking residents.

Car been here since yesterday evening. Parked in horrible place on Sunnyvale, restricting flow of traffic. Almost impossible for residents of Robbie Keith Lane to get out safely.

I don't even know where to begin with this. This was an issue earlier this year. Tenants now keep dogs in house with window open rather than back yard.

Tenants go out for hours at a time, any and all hours. Two poor, sad, lonely dogs left in back yard or in house with window wide open. They bark continually and aggressively for hours. They are probably as fed up as the neighbors are.

Landlord contacted a dozen times, not interested. Says Management company handling it, never been in touch. Never contacted, been in touch. Waste of time and space.

Notes left for tenants (there were notes from 2 different neighbours last time I went round). Not interested. No response, nothing changes.

Example - Barking dogs, 11pm Saturday night (been barking for 5 hours solid). Phoned Police, not interested, told me to phone Animal Control. Phoned Animal Control, not interested, phone Police or call back Monday during office hours. Its not an emergency.

    Literally nothing can be done.

Following on from issues earlier this year where tenants ran a tow truck business from their drive...

We now seem to have some other business involving large trucks at all hours entering Robbie Keith Lane, conducting transactions then leaving hours later.

Strangers, strange vehicles in & out.

One such vehicle just reversed down & out of a tight, pitch black culdesac at 11:11pm, taking a full 3 minutes to do so while the truck BEEPed continually waking up (by my count) 5 households. Scraping trees and knocking over trash cans.

    This is unacceptable.

    - tenants gone out
    - dogs left in yard, bored
    - bark continually until tenants return
    - no respite
    - multiple times per day, hours at a time
    - can be heard blocks away

New owners or tenants of noted address have large noisy tow truck in drive. Appears that house is either base of operations or residence of tow-truck employee.

Large tow truck reverses in and out of quiet narrow street (with accompanied BEEP BEEP noise) at all hours of day and night.

Truck on occasion brings back rescued vehicles, non-residents into street/drive whereupon they are stored and later transported elsewhere or picked up by owners.

I am unable to walk along the sidewalk. This vehicle spends the majority of its time in the drive and poking out so far that no one can use the sidewalk. Then other vehicles are parked at the rear (as in the Google Map link and attached) that you have to go onto the road to continue your journey. With kids and/or dogs this is unsafe and selfish.

No idea whats going on in this property but all day every day its noise noise noise. Some sort of circular saw, hammering, so loud, can be heard in my house. No respite apart from when the workers are standing on the balcony, shouting and swearing.
  • 1580 Geary Road Walnut Creek, California - Walnut Creek

I appreciate that The Kensington (a Vintage Senior Living Community) on Geary needs repairs/work done but does the hammering need to (a) be so constant and (b) start so early.

It starts most days before 7am (today 6:52am).

I know old(er) folk might be a little more hard of hearing but given that I can hear this CONSTANT HAMMERING a street away, I can't imagine what they need to listen to.

I spoke with the Business myself but was told that the Manager wasn't there right now.

City of Walnut Creek were informed over 30+ days ago and said it would be fixed. Kerb island was removed and rebuilt exactly same. I have seen two occasions on my commute home a disabled (wheelchair bound) person unable to reach button to cross very busy street.
