    I parked on Bayshore and tried to pay for parking. This parking meter on Bayshore did not recognize that I put 2 quarters in. It continued to flash red and say Expired. Meter 3057. I did not try using a credit card.

    The yellow curb paint does not extend down the angled edge to identify the trip hazard in the parking lot.

    Also, the entrance to the Shuffleboard ballroom has no yellow paint on curbs and at the end of the railing shown in the pic, there is an unmarked angle beyond the railing that I worry that seniors attending classes there may trip on. A bit of paint there (white, if not yellow) would at least draw it to their attention.

    The Bob's Barricade that the sewer dept placed over their work area about 2 weeks ago is still there. (Plumbing company replaced the lateral from the house and then the sewer department replaced/repaired the connection to the city's pipe in the alley.) Is the city's work completed? If so, can someone retrieve the barricade? If the work is not yet finished, what remains to be done?

    The pedestrian crosswalk at this location gets ignored by soooo many drivers during Azalea Middle's before/after school times. At the Pinellas Trail on 22nd Ave just east of this crosswalk, there are vertical signs saying "State Law - stop for people in crosswalk" (or something like that). Could similar "Stop for pedestrian" signs be placed at this location? I am sure that adding flashing lights to these signs would be very expensive -- at least the "State Law" signs would be an affordable improvement and might make a few drivers think twice before blowing through that crosswalk.

    The storm drain on the NW corner of 51st Street N & 5th Ave N has been clogged with leaves for a long time. Today, I watched the street sweeper truck "sweep" along 51st Street...and yet the storm drain is still clogged by leaves.

    There is a lot of broken glass in this intersection. It has been there for a few days so now there are traffic paths through the glass. Can it be swept or vacuumed up, please?
