    As you cross Fr. Morissette heading towards Wannalancit, the traffic light on the right hand side does not have a working green. The one on the left works, but this seems to confuse drivers.
  • Bridge Street Lowell, MA - Lowell
    There are curb cuts in the sidewalk that allow you to travel past the driveway into the small back parking lot for the Mass Mills complex, but once you get over the sidewalk curb cuts, the pavement is in terrible shape, with deep ruts and broken pieces of paving. I have difficulty getting my stroller through there, and have seen wheelchair users topple over in this area. I don't know if this is an issue for the building mgmt or the city, as it is right at the intersection of Bridge street and the entry to the lot. To be clear, It's NOT the MassMills Drive entrance, but the one even closer to the bridge.
