    Unsafe traffic control on Wed Oct 4. Just wanted to let you know that the crew doing traffic control for this construction project was doing things in a very unsafe manner. I was directed to back up half a block down In the left hand turn lane headed south in International so a truck could make a turn, and the person guiding had no flag, no sign, no cones blocking off the road, and was dressed like a crazy meth head. I ended up almost getting hit by traffic coming from right because of his poor directions. Please conduct some safety training for that contractor please before someone is killed. Thank you.
