The play equipment at Spring Street Park is missing a round clear plastic bubble cover that closes off part of the ramp and prevents kids from jumping out the round hole, near the largest slide. The part should be sourced and put back onto the play equipment. If not maintained the equipment should be replaced in toto.

An immense amount of underbrush and tree limb blocking the very important view of traffic coming over the hill on Washtenaw Avenue, heading West, at ARLINGTON and Washtenaw. UNABLE to see traffic which can be 50 mph there, as it passes the car stopped on Arlington. Serious breach of safety for motorists. Illegal blocking of driver's view at a major intersection.

The lower pine tree branches near front of property cut off vision on curve in both directions. In addition high growing plants add to problem. Pruning indicated.

Two large and two smaller pot holes grouped together for easy filling. Road in bad shape.

The road here is very bad with holes and overall decay.

Second photo of Hill Geddes. This photo is the correct view. Showing Car on Hill looking at traffic toward the East. This shows the Berm that blocks the view.

I took photos. They show that, from Geddes going East, and from Hill, waiting to enter Geddes, there is NO visibility. When stopped at white line waiting to enter you look to the left up Geddes, and you see a Berm of soil with a lot of vegetation. The Berm needs to be reshaped and the vegetation killed off the incline for good, with tarps to stop regrowth. This is a long term problem that now needs a solution.
