Raccoons are reported getting inside an abandoned house. I found a burrow along the back foundation that looks like the way they are getting in. Some irresponsible people are throwing their broken windows and junk on the front porch. Someone paid up the delinquent taxes in the Spring, but the landlord is not doing anything to correct this nuisance property. Neighbors are getting upset about the situation.
