Traffic Issue Archived4th St S + 5th Ave S, St. Petersburg, FL 33701, USA - Downtown Neighborhood AssociationWhat happened to the traffic signal that allows a left hand turn from 4th st. S. east onto 5th Ave. S. ?? The green turn arrow lasts approximately 3 seconds. That's barely enough time for 3 cars to get through. I was 2nd in line for a turn and the driver ahead of me was distracted texting, I barely made it through and the FOUR cars behind me ran the red light instead of waiting for another cycle. This creates a potential traffic hazzard. Please make the turn arrow last longer than 3 seconds or bring back the flashing yellow as before. Thanks!

Alley Blading/Smoothing Archived161 19th Ave S St. Petersburg, FL 33705, USA - Old Southeast Neighborhood AssociationThis is an ongoing issue on the west side of the alley near 2nd st. South between 18th and 19th ave. South. This area is bladed/resurfaced at least 3-4 times a year. After several heavy rains, a crevice opens up and creates a dangerous trip hazard. A more permanent solution needs to be implemented.

Alley Blading/Smoothing Archived1810-1824 2nd St S St. Petersburg, FL 33705, USA - Old Southeast Neighborhood Associationthis is the third time that I am reporting this alley issue. Twice before this, it was closed as being repaired. It has not been repaired. The alley remains very dangerous due to the crevice that has formed due to rain erosion. It needs to be taken care of immediately! My next contact will be with mayor Kriseman.
