Current rainwater drainage not sufficient during times of high volume rain. Rains overnight Friday 10/30 into Saturday morning 10/31 backed up storm drains & intersection of Elgin & Crawford. So much so that water backed up the street and into common parking area of 1602 Elgin Street - Park Lofts Condos causing flooding of first floor units as well as several vehicles.
