Sink hole in sidewalk 41 Arlington

Pot holes everywhere. Says the water trenches were incorrectly filled. He cannot drive into his carport without hitting the potholes.

The signs for Coyle Cassidy were hit. The removed the signs and put them on the Coyle Cassidy property near the gymnasium. He is requesting that we get the signs and put them back up. Also one is bent.

Mayor's office called to report a catch basin with pine needles.

Wayne Astin called to report drainage issues. He would like to also place a guard rail on his property. He would like a call back.

Mr. Resendes came in to report that he has a sinking catch basin.

Mr.Halpen came in to inform the DPW about an issue in front of his home. The street supervisor is aware of the issue. The DPW will be working with the contractor to resolve the issue.

Municipal Parking Lot entrance

Very worried about the work being done. The pitch of the road is off and it results in collection of water at a corner causing people to slide on the ice in winter and hydroplaning when water collects. Would like this to be addressed when they begin work next week.

Brush cut requested visibility issues and dangerous.

Drives a motorcycle. Concerned about the depth and length and frequency of the potholes.

The sidewalk goes across the driveway. Has a huge bump and is causing damage to the cars.

The sidewalk isn't complete. Project has been left for four weeks without being completed.

Mr. Soito called into the DPW. Between 100-110 Staples Street the ground is washing out. The drain used to drain onto the neighbors property now it drains out into the backyard because we came and extended it. Now a few years later the homeowner noticed it is washing away the ground and leaving at least a hole 12 inches deep. He has placed a 5 gallon bucket on it. also a piece of wood and a brick so the kids wont move it and fall in. The ground is sinking please take a look at it.
