    The property owner at 1000 Cross St. (corner of 10th & Cross) has had a large scaffold blocking the adjacent sidewalk on South 10th Street for over 6 months making the sidewalk nearly impassable. With the recent snowstorm the sidewalk is now completely obstructed.
