    Sidewalk and sidewalk strip have weeds nearly half as tall as Stop sign. This area of Westall Ave belongs to business ER Transmission, whose corner building's address is 3506 Piedmont Ave.
    Additionally, these weeds are full of debris.

    Although the weeds are technically on public property, the commercial building owner is responsible for maintaining right of way as well as sidewalk strip.

Sweeping and trash collection of the premises, the public sidewalk, and the gutter
    area of the public street immediately adjacent to the project, as needed to keep the
    area free of litter.
    The current Kaiser neighborhood liaison is Colin Lacon. He has been contacted a number of times, however, the streets remain filthy. His office # is (510 ) 752- 5815 and his cell 510) 601-8057.
    Westall Ave and Warren Ave are the two closest adjacent streets. Prior to Kaiser relocation these streets had very little trash and debris and now are rather disgusting due to Kaiser employees, members and visitors.

    Major depression and minor depressions. Mobility scooters can NOT use this side walk. I have more photos but it seems only one is allowed?

    This is my 2nd request (previous request 2015) to have sidewalk replaced by PW or HO at 14 Westall Ave, 94611 (cross st Piedmont Ave).
    Additionally, please clear excess landscaping as a clear sidewalk path is 30" rather than 72". Thank you.
