    Loveland Hill Road Vernon, Connecticut - Vernon
    Keep hearing motorcycles or some form of ATV coming from near Rockville High School. They run at night. Not sure if on the rail trail or running through some woods. Very loud and very annoying. Also, between 7:30 and 8 am every morning have cycle running up the hill from Rockville and very loud and startling at times. Sounds like they do not stop for stop sign.

    vacant house has no windows and those that do exist are open. does not appear as if anyone tried to cover them before arrival of hurricane irene. not sure what is up. up until now it appeared someone was renovating the house.

    Pull in area now has tires in lieu of mattresses. This area needs to be blocked off as pull in seems to invite dumping.

    I am embarassed to know that visiting teams must think Vernon is a dump. Garbage on the sides of the road, cigarette butts in the gravel area across from the school do not make for a great impression. It seems to hit a high point when school is in session.

    Mattresses have been dumped in a pull in area. This site used often to dump garbage. Needs to be blocked off.
