    The portion of the bike lane at the lowest point of Newport Road in this area is filled with a deep layer of mud, sticks, leaves, etc. making the lane dangerous to ride through at the speeds typical of cyclists going downhill toward this part of the road. A typical cyclist will move out into the the automobile lane to maneuver around this blockage. Not safe. Please send the street sweeper over this section of Newport Road.

    The title says it all. Several sections of the Newport Rd bicycle lane blocked by overhanging branches and/or is filled with deep patches of muddy leaves and storm debris. This is a problem that extends from the top of the hill immediately off Miller for several blocks down to an area of runoff pooling. Now we cyclists have to ride that stretch in the main traffic lane.

    Tall grasses are encroaching onto the paved shoulder of HRD making it impossible for bikers to use that portion of the road forcing them into the traffic lane. Needs mowing and removal of cuttings from shoulder to open shoulder to biking again.

    The entire length of the bike lane on Liberty starting at Virgina up to Seventh has deteriorated to the point where it is unsafe for cyclists. We are forced into the automobile lane to avoid broken pavement. Previous attempts to patch have not improved the problem because motor traffic does not travel in the bike lane so it doesn't level-out the patch. Those patches have created bumps for a bike that is not an improvement over a hole.

    The sewer gas odor at the corner of Arborview and Miller and Maple Ridge is absolutely overpowering this morning. It is as bad as it has ever been. The City was supposed to implement a short term measure to mitigate the stench but it is NOT WORKING.

    The huge asphalt patch over the sinkhole on 7th at Willow has subsided again. About 1/3 of it is a sinkhole again. Dangerous for auto traffic because it's hard to make out until one hits it.
