    This approximately 600 feet of City of Oakland right-of-way on E.33rd Street has been neglected for 2 years. The fire hydrant is completely obscured by weeds, the flow of the gutter is impeded by the weed overgrowth for 2 years. Some of the "NO PARKING AT ANYTIME" signs are not visible, and our property values have declined as a result of City of Oakland gross negligence.

    This Infiniti SUV CA License 8SYZ134 has been parked in a RED ZONE since Noon 9/7,2022. It is parked on a corner and is a danger to traffic. The SUV has fresh major body damage to the driver door and left quarter panel. This vehicle may be stolen, smashed up and then abandoned. I have repeated called the OPD Non-emergency line, but, as usual, they never answer.

    This complaint is ACROSS the street from 3233 Ardley and the graffiti blighted property is the EBMUD Central Reservoir retaining wall facing I-580. The ENTIRE wall has been covered in graffiti for a year. EBMUD has DONE NOTHING to maintain their property in compliance with the Blight Ordinance. This graffiti mess is lowering area property values and degrades neighbor's sense of pride in our neighborhood.

    This 15' X 2 1/2' street depression has been sinking more and more for 2 years. It's on E. 33rd Street at Randolph Avenue. We have new sewers, so it might be the ancient iron water main owned by EBMUD. The old iron water line has blown down the hill many times. I have tripped on this depression many, many times. This huge depressed trough in the street needs to be addressed ASAP before it becomes a sinkhole.

    Dry vegetation overgrowth on a City of Oakland right of way along E. 33rd Street, starting at 14th Avenue and going up E. 33rd Street to about 1659 E. 33rd Street. This is a fire hazard and an unsightly mess for the residents to view everyday. In addition vegetation from the Caltrans right of way encroaches onto the City of Oakland right of way. I met with Caltrans today and they claim that the City of Oakland is responsible for trimming their shrub and tree overgrowth that come through and over the I-580 border fence. I disagreed with Caltrans, but they remain stubborn.

    The NO PARKING AT ANY TIME sign has been hit by a truck turning around in front of 2201 E. 33rd Street. It is leaning at an angle and is not visible. Also, a tree from the CalTrans right away has overgrown over the fence and is also making the sign hard to see. I will contact CalTrans directly to have them abate the oak tree overgrowth.

    Another year of neglect by the City of Oakland's Director of Public Works. Every year our neighborhood has to battle to get this mess cleaned up on a City of Oakland right-of-way. These 2 blocks plus of dry weeds are also a fire danger. I am very tired of seeing my tax dollars wasted by the City of Oakland on who knows what, but it certainly isn't spent in my neighborhood where I have lived for 37 years.

    The gutter is totally block with trash and debris and will not conduct water flow of any source. There are also weeds in addition to the trash that are obstructing this gutter on E. 33rd Street at 14th Avenue.

    Someone dumped miscellaneous trash onto the E. 33rd Street side of the apartment house on the corner with the address 3232 14th Avenue. It is very visible from the sidewalk and the owner or manager of this large apartment should be notified to clean it up. The apt. house has large dumpsters and there is no reason this mess should not be cleaned up.

    The address given is the approximate address on the east end of this 700 feet of weeds along the E. 33rd Street City of Oakland right-of-way. This serious blight is also a fire hazard for I-580 landscaping just inside of the fence. This year, the performance by the Public Works Agency in cleaning weeds from City or Oakland right-of-ways is nothing less than disgraceful. The Public Works Director must be asleep at the wheel or operating on 2 cylinders. WAKE UP and get this City of Oakland, sponsored, hideous, blight OUT OF OUR NEIGHBORHOOD.

    Once again, ATT replaced a downed DSL line and just left the old one hanging in the street and sidewalk. I tired calling ATT, but it;s useless, just ROBOTS and NOTHING. About a year ago, the same thing happened and ATT just left the line dangling for 3 months. Someone in the neighborhood cut it off so people would not keep tripping on it while using the public sidewalk. Money not safety, is ATT's mantra. This line in hanging in front of my house, but it is NOT my old line. The line went to 3232 Randolph from in front of my house at 3233 Randolph Avenue. This downed line is a SERIOUS TRIPPING HAZARD for pedestrians.
