Homeless people dumped a grocery cart and a second container in the street too

This is an annual problem along the City of Oakland E. 33rd Street right-of-way. The weeds are very dry and very high. The fire hydrant is obscured mid-block. It is also a fire hazard.

Construction debris was dumped on E. 33rd Street around the corner from my corner house on Randolph Avenue

Some dresser drawers and contents, clothes, books, papers were dumped on a City of Oakland right-of-way across the street from 1659 E. 33rd Street.

A pile of debris had been dumped on a City of Oakland right-of-way across the street from 1667 E. 33rd Street.

A chair was dumped at night on 10/20/2017 on a City of Oakland right of way.

I previously reported this and the issue was closed as "completed". That is completely false. Nothing at all was done to clear the gutter drainage. This is after I called the Office of the Public Works Director and notified them of my report of this problem. Incompetence, mediocrity, and dishonesty is NOT ACCEPTABLE in City of Oakland service delivery.

Every year our neighborhood is revisited with a blighted City of Oakland right-of-way along E. 33rd Street between 14th Avenue and Randolph Avenue. With the heavy rain last winter, the overgrowth is very heavy. It is also a serious fire hazard and should be attended to ASAP.

The street gutter on E, 33rd Street at 14th Avenue, south side of E.33rd is overgrown with weeds and blocks the drainage flow. This has been a worsening problem for several years. Please remove this vegetation (Public Works, Street Department).

Another anti-social, environmental criminal strikes again. This man cleaned out his car, changed his clothes standing on the sidewalk, and drove his unregistered junker into the sunset. This guy's junk is on the sidewalk and and in the street.

I reported this City of Oakland street tree, a fruitless plum, as having rooting roots THREE YEARS AGO. The Tree Division DID NOTHING TO ABATE THIS PROBLEM. In the storm last night, this tree with a rotted trunk fell down and is not partially blocking part of the city street. Doing nothing is par for the course. I have located a number of CIty of Oakland median strip trees that are dead or dying. Should I even bother to report them or let them fall on human beings or passing motorists?

The resident home owner at 2207 E. 33rd Street moved out and dumped their kitchen range on the public right of way adjacent to the sidewalk in front of their home. It has been there about 1 month. It's been rained on and is beginning to rust. Scavengers have stopped and taken parts off the stove. Just another irresponsible Oakland resident. No wonder this city has such a bad reputation.

The City of Oakland right-of-way along the 1600 block of E. 33rd Street is choked with 2-3 foot dried weeds. Definitely a fire hazard. The Vegetation Management crew needs to abate this eyesore.

The long-time squatters at 2201 E. 33rd Street cleaned out their rat hole/junked up yard and dumped it on the public sidewalk/parking strip (all public property). it has been there for over two weeks. Rachel Flynn of Planning and Building refuses to do anything about this sub-standard, squatter occupied house. Ms. Flynn has been very instrumental in degrading the quality of life in our neighborhood by her gross negligence in enforcing the Oakland Municipal Code. .

This resident must think that their WM garbage cans are so lovely that they want to leave them out 24-7. These three cans are out all the time next to the sidewalk. The residents at 1690 E. 32nd are irresponsible and crude to think that it's "OK". It's NOT OK.

There is a mixed pile of trash dumped on the sidewalk next to the City of Oakland refuse container, including a small piece of carpet, a bedspread, and a computer monitor (e waste) dumped in a pile.
