Not just a single pothole, but a series of connected depressions, holes and road surface breaking up in a frequently trafficked part of Summit street. The photo doesn't do it justice. It's taking a toll on my car that I don't think should be added on.

The planning of the sidewalk leaves something to be desired, puts all the water soon to become ICE onto the sidewalk. IT also makes it much easier for a car to slip into pedestrain and pram space there on the walk. Some guard rail should be installed there along the Geddes ave. heading east.

The owners of this property, very nice people, moved their shrubs back from the road a couple years ago, then they moved out of town. The shrubs need a serious pruning to facilitate the view of traffic on Geddes heading west, for the driver on Hill, waiting to enter traffic there. The multi-limbed tree should be pruned upward, as well. This is danger zone that has to be addressed more seriously to avoid accidents there.

This photo shows the blocked driver's view of car traffic at Hill street. It shows the view heading east on Geddes. Blocked by the land massed right at the road on the corner there and by the overgrown foliage. This is a perennial problem. The owners do not prune their trees nor cut the brush often enough. The land should be moved and the sight lines cleared. You cannot see pedestrians approaching the road, either.

This is a needed sign. Its been on the ground sheared off for a year or so. It sits on land that should be removed to facilitate sight by drivers in both directions. Too many drivers go off the road on Geddes.

I've spoken with many who live and walk in the area of Geddes where a new concrete walk has been installed recently. Many commented that they've had to run behind a tree or otherwise get out of the way of cars ( texting in some cases ) who run off the road there. Can some form of curb or protection be added to this installation. At some points the new walk is Lower than the Road. Good for run-off water but bad for the runners.

In a car on hill street trying to turn onto Geddes, left or right, the visibility is about zero. To the left there is a large mass of land with weeds and brush and trees. The land itself blocks the legally adopted regulation for sight lines. Apparently
( according to the city rules ) you have to be able to see well over 200 feet up the street to execute your turn safely. To do this, you would need to put the nose of your car into the oncoming traffic lane. A fatality occurred on Geddes not so long ago. It involve a child. It's good that the city put up a speed reading sign ( just up the hill from this location) but quite a few people believe that this land mass and the trees and brush need to be removed to provide safe passage at Hill and Geddes.

An old woman was hit crossing here. I've almost been hit. It would so improve the local area at the food co-op for people to be able to cross the street IN FRONT OF THE CAFE VERDE or co-op. Many mothers and children cross in packs. Everyone does. There are a million reasons to improve this high traffic area with an accomodation for people who walk. All the oldsters who buy at the co-op and park in the city lot, or on fourth. Please consider.

Difficult to see pedestrians crossing Seventh (proceeding from west to east on Washington) when car is waiting to make left turn onto Seventh heading North. Might need more light there.

Tree leaning at 65 degrees next to very decayed retaining wall (growing almost on top of retaining wall) This tree leans ready to fall on major electrical wires at front of house. Might need inspection.

Six inch deep twenty inch wide pothole on Traver just before Barton heading North.
