Hi. Right in front of our house is a sewer grate. Yesterday your guys came out to do a system flush and had to remove the grate. I went out and asked that they make certain the grate is returned properly since if it's even slightly off, our house shakes whenever cars pass over it. Unfortunately, it was NOT replaced flush to the pavement and once again there is an awful CLANGING sound and reverberations when cars pass over. THANK YOU for fixing. I know you will, since you've done so before. You guys are the best!!

UG. Please come and try to fit it back into the pavement. Every car that drives over it causes it to CLINK/BANK enough to shake our house. THANK YOU in advance.

OMG. Now someone dumped more garbage on the corner next to the tires. There is a box of discarded paint, paint rollers, and used paint brushes. PLEASE tell me how to get rid of this. HELP.

Sewer cover on S. Winooski is significantly sunk below the surface of the pavement, so much so that whenever a vehicle drives over the uneven pavement the entire street vibrates and all the houses around it literally SHAKE on their foundations. It's getting worse and it's impossible to sleep because of the constant CLANGING and reverberations. Please please fix it.
