this black box was hanging from the wires above until mid December when it fell on the ground, still attached to three wires. I have called DTE, AT&T, and Comcast. They do not think this is theirs. Comcast asked me to call the city and see what you could do about this. somebody should either take it away or hang it back up It probably should not be on the ground forever.
