On the south side of 21st and Burnett St - across from Baskin Robbins ice store there is a large black metal pole with a strange device at the top. As far as I know it is the only one in town.
What is it and what is it for? Thanks.

As you turn East on to 21st street from the intersection of 21st and Westport there are two or three large pot holes in the east bound lane. This Westport intersection is the one on the south side of 21st not the intersection on the north side of 21st. I'd get pictures but there is too much traffic for me to get out on the street.

Northbound MacVicar and intersection with on-ramp to westbound I-70 is a mess. The dump trucks have absolutely cratered the intersection.

Southbound Gage and intersection with on-ramp to East I-70. It's a mess. If you won't fix all of Gage between 6th and I-70 would you at least consider repairing this intersection?

East bound Huntoon just east of Wanamaker intersection Is full of pot holes. So is the west bound just east of the intersection.

Is this house abandoned? No one has lived here for several years and the house is falling into disrepair. In view of the fact that a house on the same block blew up this summer from a gas explosion is this house being maintained and is it safe? Can't tell if this house has been broken into and is being used for other purposes than living in. Can this house be torn down or the property owner made to maintain it? This is a real blight on the neighborhood.

Going north on Westport at the intersection of 21st St. Just as you turn right onto 21st there is a patch which has popped out and needs to be re patched.

Intersection of 25th / Fairlawn. East quadrant. Westbound.

People are dumping lawn clippings (again) into the drainage area. These contain chemicals that get washed into our water supply.

I don't know if the City of Topeka is responsible for this intersection or not but...21st over I470 is falling apart. I mean it's gotten to be an obstacle course. Is there any chance it might be repaired? Thanks.

Why are you tearing up the NE part of 21st / Wanamaker? We just spent good money and a lot of time fixing that area. What could have gone wrong after you tore the area up and supposedly fixed or relocated utilities that requires you to dig it up and inconvenience motorists again? And where is this project in the city budget? What is this fix going to cost? I spent quite a bit of time trying to negotiate our transparent budget site and gave up in frustration.

Not sure who is responsible but I've noticed a couple of the interstate lights at the I470 exit (westbound #3) are out. Also when you get to the intersection of 29th street - where the interstate dumps you off - the streetlight at the light often turns itself off while you are waiting for the light to change.

The north side of the intersection of 25th and Westport is becoming kind of rough. The street is cracking is several spots. It's most notable as you come to a stop coming from the north to the intersection.

From the intersection of Ashworth Pl and 25th to the intersection of Ashworth Pl and 28th Terr. The street needs some major patching. Pieces of the road are cracking open and grass is starting to grow causing the cracks to become even wider. It's been years since it's been repaved. I've lived here 33 years and can only remember one time any maintenance has been done. A lot of people buzz down this street as a shortcut to 25th or 29th.

The whole road across I470 on 21st St needs to be redone.
