    The streets in this area are not adequately plowed. The streets are icy. Moreover, the plows have piled the snow in the pedestrian crosswalk, in a pile higher than my head. Cars cannot see pedestrians. Pedestrians must waly around the pile of snow in the m ain roadway and cannot cross safely.
