the plant lady

This black Kia has not been moved for about 4 mos. has 2 flat and 2 almost flat tires. it has received multiple tickets in street sweeping day.

Piles of broken bicycles, a mattress,a broken grill, garbage, soda bottles in back yard, 2 open bags ice melter on grass in yard. The 1st floor, tenants threw their snack wrappers all over after consuming them. Trash cans overflow and people use blue recycling bin as trash can so it will sit for 1-2 weeks without pickup.
The 1st fl. just moved but debris still there.

Dead Raccoon at beginning of Derby Ave. In left lane as you
turn off Chapel St.

This tree was severely damaged. The limb was ripped off by something. UI was working in this area for several days and large trucks were here.
Could be coincidence. Did not see how this happened.

Traffic signal lights are flashing red on Winthrop and yellow on Chapel St and Derby Ave. This keeps happening. Seems like it is weekly if not two times a week. It gets fixed and it happens again a few days later.
With all the parked cars on Derby very hard to see some oncoming traffic. Calling to report as well.

This has been happening since Sunday 4/4/21. It also seems to happen every few months.

This was previously reported in December 2020.#9050479 Public Works closed it said it was taken care of but it was not. Tire has been here all along under the the pole 2024

The street lamp at 269 Winthrop is out. Its very dark. The pole number is 4984.

No one moved their cars during snow storm this block between George and Derby. Snow was only plowed down middle of st. Parking is very difficult on both odd and even sides. This is a busy area. Needs some push back.

tenants put a mattress on other items on curb strip. There are open garbage bags with mix of food debris and other trash.

Large deep Pothole in street near entrance to no-thru road into Edgewood Park.

Garbage was missed on odd side of the block. Please pick up as soon as possible.

Large row of deep and shallow potholes heading west before the traffic calming area. This is in need of a repair.ASAP

There was a line of white paint on road on Norton Parkway heading to Whalley intersection. It got on tires and on wheelwells of car(s) and it does not wash off.

When will markings be painted on the speed humps in the 400-500 block of Winthrop Avenue? You cannot see these humps in the dark until you are right on them. Hard to see in daylight too. Dangerous situation. The signs are not enough and some are blocked by tree branches.
Drivers do not have to be speeding to have issues with these speed humps. They have been unpainted for months.

A very large tree branch fell during Wind in Sat.11/02 Was blocking sidewalk ,moved to tree strip.Needs to be picked up and tree assessed.
