    Entire Ellington Way sidewalk missing metal drainage grating covers for water runoff for long time. Replaced w/particle board years ago, now rotted, and fallen in on sidewalk, making a dangerous situation besides potential plugging storm drains.

    Along Ellington Way is loose garbage on both sides of the street and in shrubs. Wind is blowing into storm drains. Please remove before more trash is blown into storm drains creating another bigger issue for our city crews. Appreciate!

    For a while, there has been loose garbage building along the entire street, next to curb, on both sides of the road, and mixed in the vegetation too. This is a huge concern since it'll invite more dumping, insects, rodents, besides being both a blight and health issue. Understandably, this entire roadway will take some time to clear, but will be very much appreciated by all residents. Please begin to address asap, thanks!

    The metal covers, replaced a time ago by plywood, has decomposed and now parts of the sidewalk are in need of some type of repair. It's not a safe walk since the large openings, holes, could cause a pedestrian to fall. Please address asap, thanks.

    Graffiti on entry wall at 98th and Blake Drive. Also graffiti on outside wall along 98th from Armstrong to approaching San Leandro Street. Please remove (or paint over) before other "taggers" add to existing. Appreciate asap. Thanks!

    92nd Avenue At San Leandro Street Oakland, California - Elmhurst Park
    I live on Clemente Drive and exit onto Ellington Way onto 92nd Avenue daily. For the longest time the stretch from Ellington Way along 92nd Avenue to San Leandro Street is strewn w/garbage. It's become a dumping ground and invites more. It appears that it continues to gather and no one from the city has addressed it! Appreciate as a new resident, homeowner, and wanting to see Oakland become a place to visit and not a place to avoid, if a city crew would clean and maintain that stretch along 92nd.
