    On Race Track Road, East of Dunkin Donuts, there are two or more brick columns, anchornig the solid white vinyl fence, that have the white caps missing. I'm not sure if it is plaster, plastic or cement but the caps are off the columns.

    In the median inside Roundtree Circle is a lawn with three oak trees. The lawn would be in fine shape if the leaves, which fall at three different times in the year, were to be collected. Instead, the leaves are now blocking most grass from getting through.

    When I was on the POA Maintenance Committee it was determined that Bright View would not work on cleaning up the leaves because it was not in the contract. There were many other bigger problems so this issue moved to the back-burner. Now I am wary that someone else will want to kill the grass out of the ease of solving it that way but the lawn is a great source of enjoyment to kids and tweens and all neighbors

    This bit of irrigation was hardly noticeable last year when it had a few small holly bushes planted around it.

    I am not sure why but Bright View (POA ladnscape vendor) removed the bushes and removed the (already tearing) insulation. Bright View also planted construction flags as if there was supposed to be a next step on this irrigation valve.

    It looks really bad.
    It used to look nicer and the holly kept the kids from playing around it.
    Now it is an eyesore.

    We want to know what is to be done about this?

    I already have a complaint out about the leaves, but now the grass has been dying. Not sure if it is watered. NOTE. Roundtree Circle is not found on Google maps. Instead navigate to 1001 W Tennessee Trace and look to the opposite side.

    I don't expect this will be handled without discussion and maybe some deliberation but I wanted to document the spring leaving that occurs and harms our grass. This isn't the only place that has too many leaves on the grass.

    Is it POA I don't know. Looks like a pipe is broken.

    South side of Race Track. East across the street from FCMS.

    The leak is springing up from the ground into a puddle just above the drain pipe connected to the drainage ditch and just below the sidewalk. Noticed it twice in 3 days.

    If not POA, who do we report to?

    NOTE: I put the map pin exactly where the location of the leak is
