    In a two mile stretch there are 4 yellow Safety speed limit signs ranging from 15 mph to the posted speed of 35 mph. You would think that the speed limit would be the "Safety" suggested posted limits posted by Penndot. Police say these are unenforceable. There is a big difference between 15 mph and 35 mph.

    This should be a stop sign for this one lane underpass, with over 1,600 cars a day using the road. Only the locals know to yeild here. Everybody else just flies through - many near misses!
