This 7-11 store is an added plus to our community. But these signs are too big. This store is in a commuity of homes across the street and around the corner. How would you like to come out of your home and look at two huge signs everyday. This is a bit too much.

This boat has been blocking cul-de-sac, why because it stick out too far into the street. Sanitation and Recycle trucks are have problems picking up receptacles. Also with all othe the construction on this street and the trucks trying to turn it is blocking the flow of traffic.
This boat is here every other week.

This is an eyesore to our community. Why is this trailer here for over three weeks. It is an security issue it blocks seeing down the street.
Seeing down the street is a safety issue. When working in garden people can come up without you seeing them, because this trailer is blocking views. Then there could a problem of safety.

Electric lines are intertwine into this tree. causing a public problem and the electric box on the grown has been broken apart.

Mattress on sidewalk between two house I do not know which homeowner placed it on the sidewalk.
Also Large TREE in between both homes is a mess with wires rapped around the trunk and its seem to be ready to fall into the street. Every holiday someone on Coquina Key wants to place some type of furniture on the sidewalk. When will this stop? Rules about placing items in front of your house should be in place and uphold?

The trees on this property are too far out when you are turning the corner off of Beach Dr SE. There is not enough clearance to pass as a car or a truck. They need trimming back from street.

Why? are these basketball Hoops at the curb?
This property and 3898 both have basketball hoops at curb. This is a driving and parking issue.

Garbage left at curb for a month parking on the front lawn daily and on weekends. Trash every where in front yard. This is a community not a dump.

This is the second request to have these Basketball Hoops removed from the curve. This is causing Problems with parking on an all ready busy street. Then it's raining and winds blowing these Basketball hoops fall over. When will this be taken care of, Yes I have sent photos before of this problem.

This property is open to the bay. Overgrown weeds and children have been playing on lot. It is not secure and they may fall into the bay. This has been like this for four months. When will someone correct this problem. Please secure property and clean up lot this is a community.
