It appears that the southbound traffic light at Columbus and Union remains green for a time after the red comes on for northbound traffic. Northbound left-turners in the intersection when the northbound light changes need to know that southbound traffic does not stop. A sign similar to the attached photo (Franklin at Forest) would be helpful.

Parkmobile app allows payment for parking at many New Haven parking meters and assures user that police check before ticketing. I received a ticket regardless. Now I must take further steps to rectify, making the use of Parkmobile, allegedly a convenience, rather inconvenient.
