Please check each of these turns for the divided highway sign (keep right) sign.

    State Trucks traveling within the CTDOT Garage property are traveling at excessive speed. These are not small trucks they are heavy construction vehicles. They should not be driven like race cars. This is a huge liability, someone is going to get injured then this cost will be passed onto the State of CT Taxpayers, as is everything else.

    The existing cross walk signs are in place but for some reason the white painted lines did not get repainted during a paving event. This cross walk was already installed with signs during the intersection redo but for some reason the painters did not repaint when repaying was done. This is a safety issue as drivers do not respect the signs since there are no lines on the road. Pedestrians are unable to cross the road safely.

    The beautiful new library has the entrance driveway on a blind curve with heavy fast traffic. Those slowing from the east to make the turn cannot be seen by those behind them. those entering from the east cause a substantial queue while waiting for an opening in the oncoming traffic traveling substantially above the speed limit. Suggest better signage and traffic calming in the area.
    Also no sidewalks or crosswalks anywhere to be found

    The lines on the highway designating the centerline and the pedestrian/bicycle lanes were modified in such a way that the lanes were even on both sides prior to the construction of the offices here and now the line on the southern edge is on the curbing and the northern edge is ten feet from the curb.
