There's a large rectangular area covering the entire northbound lane of Valley Road that is a patchwork of patches. Every winter potholes develop there, and even under the best circumstances drivers weave through trying to find the smoothest path.

Please mill it and repave it so it will be fixed for good.

(The area is between Valley Regency and where the power lines cross Valley)

Please repaint the lines. People aren't staying in proper lanes. The crosswalks need repainting, too.

Huge potholes between the rails on the righthand eastbound lane of Allwood Road, and another pothole outside the tracks in the lefthand lane.

Pothole is virtually unavoidable when taking the ramp to Rt 46w / Rt 3w from southbound Valley Road.

Potholes may be the wrong word, as these are several feet across and are unavoidable when traveling westbound.

The traffic light twisted in one of the big winter storms and now faces at a 45 degree angle relative to the traffic flow.

On Norwood Ave southbound at Alexander Ave. You have to keep left when making a right turn to avoid breaking an axle.

This issue was reported (and fixed) within the last 12 months, but obviously not fixed very well.

Potholes on Polk St at 67th, first reported to WNY DPW over 6 months ago.

69th St is a mess from West Side across Tonnelle and up the hill. Repave the road already.

Traffic turning left from West Side Ave has to drive across a big gash in the pavement that needs to be filled

The black paint that covered the old lane markings has worn away exposing the original white paint, the new lane markings have worn down, so now the "covered up" lane stripes are just as visible as the current stripes, making things very confusing.
