    Well once again the city has failed to maintain the pumps in rio vista park. Now our homes have flooded. Anyone interested in a class action suit against the city? I have saved the correspondence with the city over this pumping station for years. It should be no problem proving neglect on their part.

    Well once again there are hurricanes coming. And once again there is no backup generator hooked up to the pumps in the rio vista park pumping station. Seawalls have not been repaired etc. Rest assured I have taken screen shots of every Correspondence with the city by myself and other individuals concerning this pumping location. And if our neighborhood floods because of the City's lack of concern, about the upkeep of this facility, seawalls etc. Then legal consul will be hired.

    Can we get some speed bumps installed, on the trail thru, Rio Vista Park? The Bicycle riders think they are racing the Tour De France thru the park, and they need to be slowed down.

    Street drains are backing up again. The retention pond in Rio Vista park is filling up, probably because the pumps probably aren't working again. The city has set a precedence of taking care of the drainage issues in Rio Vista when the school was here. Now because the school is gone you think you can shirk your responsibilities. I'm sure Morgan and Morgan would love to take the case when our homes flood because of the city's ineptitude.
