A month ago this website published that overflowing trash barrels would not be picked up but WM has picked them up every week and these residences overflow every week causing garbage to blow all over the neighborhood when it is windy. The website only allows 1 picture so here is 112

Martinez construction a DOT company in Fitchburg on Clarendon St did this after the 12-25-2017 snow storm. When school reopens how will the children be able to get to the school bus pickup? Are DOT companies exempt from city laws?

This NH vehicle has been at 115 Chester street for over 2 years. Due to the fact it has not been inspected for this lenght of time it may have many safety defects. I do not understand why a vehicle that can not be driven in NH can be driven here and endandering our citizens!!!!!!!

Despite the police issuing 2 tags since last storm the sidewalk has not been cleared. The tenant ate the property lies to the police that she is the owner and will take care of the problem but never does. Why isn't the owner who resides at 28 Nashua st. being contacted as it is his responsibility.

It is 6 days since the last storm and the sidewalk is still impassable. The children walking to the school bus pickup must walk into the road. Why must a child get injured or killed before something is done? Why is the landlord allowed to non comply? Is he a relative of some city official?

Tenant threw all their snow from the driveway into the road causing dangerous conditions for cars and people on Chester St. This is done every snow storm yet nothing is done. I do not understand why this is allowed!!!!!

Both trash and recycle bins were overflowing and were left out yesterday and trash blew into adjoining neighbors yards. Despite numerous complaints this house continues to violate the city ordinances and nothing is done.

This plow pushed all snow from 112 Chester into storm drain at corner of pratt road. When thaw begins flooding will occur at my property. I have HD video of this. 02-09-2017@ 15;29

This property is being used by K&M solutions as a trash transfer station bringing rats and road debris causing flat tires to neighborhood.

Van parked in front of house causes city plow to go around it narrowing street.
Reported violation to police but no action taken.

To 1 lane forcing children walking to school tomorow to be in the path of cars. This contractor has been notified by the police after last storm.
