    There are 2 large branches broken on trees under the power lines in Seattle city light right of way. The branches are impeding the sidewalk and are unable to be removed since the break is up high in the tree.

    It is great that the crosswalk here has orange flags now. However, this still does not help crossing 185th on 8th Ave NE. Cars simply just don't stop. This happens to me ALL the time and I have seen other folks wait like 5 minutes for a safe time to cross. It would be nice to have the flashing crosswalk here like they put up on Meridian and N 195th St
