    a left turn signal is needed. to turn onto washington is awful. waiting for 4 lights sometimes, just for 2 cars to turn left is unreal. it would clear up a lot of congestion!

    The afternoon traffic is a nightmare. Can left turn light be put in on North and South Washington to St. Joe and Malcom X?
    Traffic is awful there. People cant turn left either way, because everyone is backing up the other way. Turning on red, inbetween cars that are.vlocking the intersection is the only way to get out of that cluster.

    People fly down Hodge St. Many people infact miss the stop sign, and hit a house or two. I think it would be beneficial to put in a round-a-bout between W. Hodge and E. Hodge-at the intersection of Stabler. I am scared to death that my kids are going to get hit because cars do not know how to drive down Hodge.

    Why is it that almost every morning around 7:30 this street light does not change properly? Is this from the CATA busses? This is absurd. People wait and wait at that light. If anyone gets a ticket for "running" this light, I hope they bring it back and demand the city pays for the ticket. I know I have sat at that light for over 10 minutes before. Why does it not cycle properly? The emergency light comes on...but there are for sure no emergency vehicles around when this takes place.

    These donation bins are an eye sore. Why are these a trash drop off? The city needs to get rid of these bins all over. They are not used for their intended purpose. These piles of trash/junk need to be picked up. They are going to start to attract more rodants. This one in particular is just gut wrenching every day to drive by.

    Streetlight was reported being out and was reported fixed. This street light is still out. The one currently out is about 4 or 5 lights down from Washington on Willoughby. The address is 806 Willoughby. It is west of the stop ahead sign that indicates Washington Road/Wahington Street.

    Turn lane on North Washington needs to be better identified. The lines/arrows on the street are not clear, and when it snows, they are covered. Make Washington North-left turn only onto St. Joe. So many could be accidents daily.
    Also, a left arrow from Washington headed south to turn on to Malcom X from 4-530 pm wouldnt hurt. So congested.
