Street light on southeast corner of Rimpau & Old Temescal is on 24/7.

Street light at 1595 Cherokee Rd is on 24/7 and also noticeable at night is that the light dims for a few seconds and then goes bright again and then repeats this cycle again about 30 seconds later continuously.

A tree located on the south side of Cherokee east of Spring Meadow is in bad need of trimming. Currently two medium size branches are laying on the ground below the tree blocking the sidewalk. The foliage on this and other similar trees on Cherokee is so heavy that it is causing branches to snap off when the wind blows through the area. This is the third tree on this street to lose one or more branches on this street within the last two weeks or so. It is a shame that the lack of maintenance of these trees is causing so much damage to them. As a side note... there is a dead animal located on the sidewalk below this tree.

Two trees are in desperate need of trimming located on south side of Cherokee one tree is just west of Coldwater which has a branch broken off but is still attached to tree that is blocking a lane of traffic. Other branches on tree are hanging low because of excessive weight of foliage. The tree just east of Coldwater also lost two branches and still has one broken branch attached. Both trees hang so low that the contracted street sweeping service has to swerve around both trees. Large box trucks like the ones from Fed Ex, UPS & Amazon cannot pass without swerving across double yellow lines to avoid the trees.

Two street lights out located on south side of Foothill first and second poles east of Teddy Bear Ln.

Street light on 24/7 located on the east side of Main on the first concrete pole north of Chase.

At the intersection of Magnolia and El Sobrante Rd, the left turn signal controlling east bound traffic on Magnolia turning north onto El Sobrante seems to have such of a short cycle that the second vehicle in the cue that can hold about five vehicles cannot enter the intersection on a green arrow nor clear the intersection before the red arrow illuminates. In my opinion, the signal should be timed to allow the cue to empty before turning red.

Four street lights colocated on metal poles with traffic signals are on at various times of the day during daylight hours.

Graffiti on mailbox located on west side of State St. north of Starne.

Graffiti on green Southern California Edison equipment enclosure located on east side of State St. about 75 feet north of Foothill.

Streetlight located on center divider island of Hidden Valley Pkwy northwest of Parkridge on 24/7. This is not the first time I reported this problem with this same pole/light.
