    Everyday on my walk to and from work, I see 'almost' accidents at this intersection. I find it hard to believe that something can't be done to prevent the traffic flying
    off of the exit from 91 and the persons looking to turn onto Orange Street can't be safer. Today a dump truck crashed into a sedan tossing the car onto the sidewalk and into a telephone pole. This could have been fatal!
