    There is a pothole/sinkhole in Argyle going westbound just at the stop bar as it intersects with Clark. It is very dangerous for cyclists, and might even damage a car. It has been there for months and now a barrier has been placed over it with no further action. It is affecting traffic as two cars cannot pass while one is going around the barrier.

    Walk signal at NE corner of Clark & Irving Park is incorrect. Walk signal is rotated out of place or otherwise wrong such that the one on the left in the picture shows walk when it should show do not walk, as the one on the right does. (Picture does not illustrate this scenario.)
