There is a sinkhole developing in the right lane here (Westgate Road, heading West toward Hwy 70, immediately after Fast Park Dr.) where an asphalt repair was previously done. It is now deep enough to damage a wheel.

In the intersection of Glenwood Ave/Hwy 70, heading Northwest from Gleenwood to turn left onto T.W. Alexander Dr., the rightmost left turn lane has multiple potholes.

On Glenwood Ave/Hwy 70, heading Northwest, in the rightmost straight lane at the stoplight at Brier Creek Pkwy., at the stop bar, there are multiple potholes/defects that cause traffic to sometimes deviate from their lane to avoid.

On Glenwood Ave/Hwy 70, heading Southeast, in the middle straight lane at the stoplight at Brier Creek Pkwy., at the stop bar, there are multiple potholes/defects that cause traffic to sometimes deviate from their lane to avoid.

This is on the onramp from Westgate road to Glenwood Ave/Hwy 70, In the leftmost lane, heading Northwest, there are numerous potholes and failed cold patches.

There is a pothole developing under the overpass. It is in the leftmost left turn lane as you drive from the 70/540 off ramp east to the overpass where Glenwood Ave. goes over Lumley/Westgate Rd. As you turn left onto Westgate, that's where the hole is.

A pothole is developing in the right lane of eastbound Hwy. 70 just northwest of the I-540 onramp.

In the westbound lanes of Westgate Rd. at the intersection with the Hwy 70 on/of ramp, the straight lanes have painted stop bars that are so far forward that those turning right (right turn on red after stop) from westbound Westgate Rd. onto the Hwy 70 onramp have to creep so far forward to see past the cars stopped in the straight lanes that their noses end up partially in the intersection.

The stop bars for the straight lanes should be moved back about 5-6 feet.

There is a low point here where a large patch of water is usually standing. It is on the westbound side, where the driveway to the self-storage company meets Westgate Rd. There is a drainage ditch 10 feet away, but the water is blocked from getting to it (by dirt/grass). When the temperature is below freezing, this causes the entire westbound lane to have a large sheet of ice over it.
