    This same pothole was filled approx 1 year ago. The temporary fix has eroded and needs to be addressed again. It seems that drainage from the apartment parking lot is a contributor to this ongoing problem.

    These tacky "Cash for Junk Cars" signs are posted on telephone poles in the neighborhood. I can't imagine they are permitted. I've taken some down myself but I'd like for the violator to be put on notice.

    The giant mud pit around the water source at Chew Chew dog park never dries up. Even on a 90 degree day there is a smelly, septic mud pit. There seems to be a continual leak supplying water. This is disgusting, dangerous, probably bacterial and if there is a water leak also expensive. It detracts from an otherwise great public park.

    The Intersection of Sawyer Street and Spears Ave is pothole-city. Some are so deep they hold water for days. All down Sawyer St. a line has been cut for some type of repair but the road has not been repaired properly after the work was completed and it is difficult to travel at even the slowest speed.

    He has been there for several months & claims he has the owner's permission but he cites an incorrect name. He has recently harassed a neighbor. Owner's permission or not he can't camp because where is he relieving himself? That's unclean/hazardous. The police have been unable to move him since he claims he has permission.

    Ridiculously Big Pothole. The pic makes it look like it is on the shoulder but in fact it is in the lane. Two cars can't pass here or one of the cars will end up needing repairs.

    Update: 2/24/13. This street is in horrible condition. Not only has this pothole not been filled in the long time since I first posted this issue - there are more big potholes on both sides of the road. Pretty soon, it will be a bumpy dirt road again once all the potholes eat all the pavement.

    Really big pothole several inches deep. A new parking lot was recently carved into the hillside 20 yards uphill from the pothole. It appears runoff from the bare hillside and parking lot flows under the pavement and exits at the site of the pothole.
