Jordan from 35th Ave to Bennett place is completely undrivable I can't believe they are replacing other streets in our area and not redoing the worst one Please help!

Overgrown trees over street make a poorly lit place that inviesg nefarious activity below Taller redwood trees have a lot of dead branches that fall in high winds Hopefully lower trees can be trimmed back and higher dead branches can be removed for the safety of those in the park

Please stop throwing away our toys in Avenue Terrace Park. We appreciate the clean up- but our beloved park now does not contain a single scooter or tricycle. There are hundreds of piles of trash all around Oakland that need to be picked up- please leave our trucks in the sandbox! All the surrounding neighbors feel the same. I am aware that technically the push toy left in the park is "illegal dumping" but I thought we had reached an understanding. It was really sad to see the kids faces this morning when the park was suddenly empty. I know sometimes we get too many and it needs to be cleaned up and we don't want it to be a mess- but if you could leave at least some of the toys we would all appreciate it. Also- Thank you for the real trash cans- this will help with the crows!!!! We also have been appreciating the regular lawn mowing as well! It looks great!
