    During the day, mosquitoes like to rest in tall grass or among shrubs in a moist, shady spot. Keeping the grass short deprives them of a resting place.

    The Anacostia Riverwalk Trail near Stadium-Armory is cut roughly on a weekly basis.  Please help us control the mosquito population in this area by cutting the grass regularly too.
